Cathedral Voices is pleased to present Songs of Soul, a joyful and expressive winter concert in the Center Theater on Friday, December 19.
This program features seasonal choral works, local soloists Amber Mouton and Nina Munger, Cathedral Voices Chamber Choir, and the Teton Music School Youth Choir for an evening filled with beautiful sound and holiday spirit.
Before the concert, The Center invites you to enjoy a cozy holiday gathering in the Theater Lobby beginning at 6:00 PM with musicians from the Jazz Foundation of Jackson Hole. Warm apple cider, hot chocolate, and holiday sugar cookies will be served as we celebrate the season together.
This concert is free but ticketed. Please help us estimate attendance by claiming a ticket.

Your favorite midwinter big band, jazz, and swing night is here! Join The Jazz Foundation and Cathedral Voices for a special Valentine’s Edition of HeartBeats in the Center Theater Lobby. Dance to live music performed by the Jazz Foundation Big Band, along with some heartfelt melodies sung by Cathedral Voices.
Doors open at 6:30pm. The evening begins at 6:45pm with a free 45-minute ballroom dance lesson. Learn how to dance to big band music and experience the joy of moving to the beat! No partner required to join the dance lesson. The Big Band plays from 7:30-9:00pm.
$5 donations are accepted at the door. All ages welcome. Refreshments will be available.

Dr. Brandon Boyd
Cathedral Voices invites the community to meet Dr. Brandon A. Boyd during this free workshop exploring the roots of African American music and its unique soulful nature. Music and history combine during this workshop session promoting a deeper appreciation of music of the Black Diaspora. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of how we can all approach cultural music with integrity and respect.
Singing is encouraged, but not required. All are encouraged to attend!
Soulful Singing Workshop is followed by an open rehearsal, 1:15-2:45pm in the Center Theater.

A concert honoring the diverse cultures and music that are part of our national identity, and a testament to human resilience. Songs of Spirit celebrates various cultural voices in our local community with music representing Europe, Latin America and Native Indigenous Tribes, alongside American Folk songs.
Dr. Brandon A. Boyd and Cathedral Voices Chamber Choir will also guide the audience on a journey through choral music by African American composers, inviting a richer understanding and appreciation of our collective diversity and interconnection as a nation.
The weekend includes a soulful singing workshop with Dr. Boyd, an open rehearsal, and the gala concert on Sunday afternoon. All are open to the community. More details to come!
